Nylon cable ties
Our standard cable ties are manufactured from nylon 6/6 and are available in a wide choice of length, width and colour. Easy to use, each cable tie features serrated ‘teeth’ or ridges at one end which is pointed, and a square head with a hole at the opposite end. The pointed end of the tie is inserted through the hole and pulled tight to secure. Nylon cable ties are single use and self-locking. Printed nylon cable ties
Printed nylon cable ties are hot foil printed with letters and/or numbers and are indispensable in any situation where critical cables need to be identified or traced. Releasable cable ties
Releasable cable ties can be used more than once and are a great solution for bundles of cable that need to be added to or removed from. Releasable cable ties will save on costs and wastage and offer the same high spec of our standard nylon 6/6 ties.
Marker cable ties
Marker cable ties are manufactured from nylon 6/6 and are essentially the same as a standard cable tie with the addition of an integral flat plate tag that can be written on. An effective solution for a wide range of situations, marker cable ties can help to identify particular cables, are available in different lengths, widths and colour, and offer all the strengths and benefits of a standard tie.
Stainless steel cable ties
The strongest and most durable of cable ties, stainless steel cable ties are perfect for extreme environmental conditions as well as extremes of temperature. Flame, radiation and vibration resistant, stainless steel cable ties will also withstand salt water and chemicals. Stainless steel cable ties are also supplied in epoxy resin coated or PVC coated variations.
Metal detectable cable ties
Manufactured from UL approved nylon 6/6, our metal detectable cable ties feature an evenly spread metal content throughout. This metal content allows the smallest particle to be detected by X ray and metal detecting equipment, making them valuable in any industry where contamination risk detection is paramount, for example food production. Their bright blue colour also makes them easily detectable with the naked eye.
UV and heat stabilised cable ties
Manufactured from nylon 6/6 and with a very high melting point, UV and heat stabilised cable ties are not only heat resistant to temperatures exceeding 65°C/150°F but are also ideal for continuous or extended exposure to temperatures up to 120°C/250°F. Ideal for permanent use outdoors, UV stabilised cable ties have a low-end operating temperature of ¯40°C.
